Celtics crack Bobcats

First NBA game ever... and I was looking forward to it cause when I was in Std. 5 I really thought I would become a NBA star (irrespective of my height). I even had a Jordan tracksuit (that was so cool).

So Rob and I bought tickets for $20 a ticket in seats that were average. We caught the T to the stadium and bought a hot dog and soda and waited for the game to begin.
So the game is split into Quarters. Each quarter is 12 minutes, and due to both teams being drawn at 100 all at the end of the 4th quarter, there was overtime on 5 minutes. So in total, there was 53minutes of game time. This took 3 hours to finish!
There are so many timeouts and cheerleader dances and give-aways that you sometimes forget you are there to watch basketball.

Anyway, here is a shot of the court before the game and of the start (from our seats):

The game itself was a bit boring with no massive dunk's, but it did come down to the wire and was 100 all at full time and the winning basket was shot in the last second of the game by the Celtics which was brilliant.

Final Score:

We actually had a very cool time and we will probably be hitting another game before we leave. Check out my next post for some video's from the game.

There are a few more pics in the gallery, check it out...
